Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products (Mineral Water, Health Supplements), returns are only accepted if the seal is broken at the time of delivery or if the wrong product is received.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected. The amount will be credited to the original payment source.

3. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled through the app within 2 hours of placement or before the product is dispatched.
